Terms of use for Lehi, UT

The service
Lehi Bath Remodel Guide is a free referral service for bathroom remodeling in Lehi, UT, and for American Fork and Saratoga Springs as described on those pages. We are not a contractor. We do not perform, design or supervise remodeling work, and we make no promises about any contractor's work.
What a request does not do
We do not quote a price, design a bathroom, take a deposit, or book the job. We pass contact details to one independent licensed remodeling contractor after you agree. Any contract, price, design, or permit is between you and the contractor you choose.
Your contract is with the contractor
Verify the contractor's Utah DOPL license before you hire them. Guides and cost figures on this site are general information from the sources named on each page. They are not legal, engineering, or financial advice, and they are not a quote.
Permit rules vary by city
Lehi, American Fork and Saratoga Springs each run their own building department. The city that covers your address, not this site, is the final word on what your project needs.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Lehi Bath Remodel Guide is not liable for work performed by any contractor or for decisions you make based on information on this site.
