How this referral service works in Lehi, UT
Who we are, who you will hear from, and how to check a Utah contractor license.
A referral service, not a contractor
Lehi Bath Remodel Guide publishes information for Lehi, UT homeowners and passes requests to an independent licensed remodeling contractor. We do not remodel bathrooms, supervise work, or hold a contractor license. Utah Code 58-55-501 makes it unlawful to represent yourself as a contractor without a license, so this site never offers to do the work. You contract with the contractor, and you pay the contractor.
Where your request goes
When you send a request, it comes to us first. We ask if we may pass it to one independent licensed remodeling contractor serving Lehi, American Fork or Saratoga Springs, and we tell you who that contractor is before we pass it on. That contractor gives you their own assessment, quote and contract, under their own license.
How we get paid
Right now no contractor pays us. You pay us nothing either way, and you are never obligated to hire anyone.
What we will not do
We do not quote a price, design a bathroom, take a deposit, or book the job.
Call recording
Calls to this site are recorded to confirm referrals and for quality. You will hear a notice at the start of any call, before you are connected. If you do not want to be recorded, use the request form instead.
Check the license
Before you sign, ask for the contractor's Utah DOPL license number and verify it. Utah Code 58-55-107 requires that number on permit applications, contracts and bids. The license guide has the details.
